Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Senior Engineer in Bangalore, India, to lead a small team of engineers on remote commissioning, validation, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems and HVAC control systems. The role requires at least five years of BMS or control-system commissioning experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS programming, control logic, third-party integrations, and protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Responsibilities include managing project SLAs and KPIs, delegating work, coaching engineers, analyzing escalations, optimizing processes, and conducting training. The position is full-time and requires a hybrid work model with rotational week offs and night shifts.
