Change is hiring a Senior Engineer to own one or two core domains in its regulated investment platform, including execution, custody integration, market data, risk, or the trading core. The role focuses on building, shipping, and operating production systems while defining and proving an agentic software development lifecycle using coding agents. Candidates should have at least five years of experience building production systems, expertise in Kotlin and Spring Boot or .NET and C#, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and practical experience with agentic workflows.
