The role owns feature design, testing, production monitoring, security, observability, and infrastructure, and expects senior-level production experience, strong TypeScript and React skills, Rails or comparable backend experience, deep PostgreSQL expertise, and a track record of improving team quality.

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems
