Description
Cyderes is hiring a Senior Engineer to support and enhance the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in implementation and managed services. The role involves BAU operations, L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents, developing technical documentation, participating in code reviews, supporting IAM operations, and working on after-hours and weekend support for a global customer environment. The engineer will report to the Engagement Lead and require at least three years of SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and production support experience, along with expertise in SailPoint administration, integrations, scripting, and related technologies.
