Description
Duco is hiring a Senior Engineer to work in a cross-functional engineering team on its enterprise data automation platform. The role involves delivering features across the technology stack, owning the full software lifecycle, leading technical design and spikes, reviewing peers’ work, solving data manipulation and scaling problems, and mentoring engineers. The engineer will also help shape AI-assisted software engineering practices, including harness engineering, pipelines, testing, CI/CD, quality gates, and responsible AI use.
