Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Senior Engineer for its MEP team on a project in Mooresville, Indiana. The role coordinates electrical and mechanical vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors; procures electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment; manages submittals; and supports construction cost estimates and commercial project execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction-management field or relevant experience, at least five years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience, and the ability to read MEP, architectural, and civil plans and specifications.
