Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Senior Engineer for its Operations team on a project in Dallas, Texas. The role manages onsite trade activities, contractor payment applications, cost control, change orders, RFIs, project execution, construction documents, and junior associate development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering or three years of equivalent experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and familiarity with construction tools such as Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, and BIM360. Relocation may be required, and the employer does not sponsor immigration status or benefits.
