Holder Construction is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Preconstruction team at a regional office in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, in-person role involves reviewing construction design documents and specifications, preparing cost estimates and quantity surveys, managing cost and design issues, coordinating trades and BIM processes, and overseeing purchasing, scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related construction or engineering field, 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication and time-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software, teamwork ability, and willingness to relocate.
