Description
Molex is hiring a Senior Engineer in Bangalore to lead the development and validation of plastic, rubber, and metal components and their tooling for new-product-development sourcing initiatives. The role partners with suppliers to plan and execute mold trials, qualify molds and processes, troubleshoot molding defects, drive productivity and quality improvements, and support supplier readiness and production ramp-up. Candidates need a tool-and-die diploma or relevant engineering degree, 5–10 years of tool and component development and supplier-based mold trial experience, and strong knowledge of tooling, molding, quality systems, and supplier relationships.
