Description
Mimecast’s Strategic Initiatives (R&D) team is hiring a Senior Engineer to support the AI Native Engineering function by building reusable tooling, agentic prototypes, internal visibility systems, and paved roads that make AI-native development safer, faster, and more consistent across product and R&D teams. The role spans software engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, documentation, and cross-functional enablement, with a strong emphasis on security-aligned architecture and collaboration. The position is based in a hybrid model with at least two days per week in the office and offers a £80,000 to £120,000 salary range plus benefits.
