The successful candidate will independently characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues in various environments like operations, manufacturing, pilot plants, or capital projects. They will collaborate with diverse departments to develop requirements and recommendations for system/facility modifications, manage design and engineering projects, coordinate consultant efforts, and develop budgets. Additionally, the role involves supervising a small team of engineers, applying advanced engineering techniques, and acting as a recognized engineering technology specialist.
