Description
Raft is hiring a Senior Engineer to support customers and help build a real-time data platform for the Department of Defense. The role involves hands-on software engineering at production scale, including Kafka, Kafka Streams, Pinot, Java, Scala, Kubernetes, web-socket and RESTful APIs, and time-series and geospatial data. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on engineering experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The position is onsite in Dayton, Ohio, with up to 15% travel, and offers a salary of $120,000 to $180,000 plus healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
