Description
The role provides geotechnical engineering and consulting services across public works, transportation, commercial, communications, energy, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include field investigations, engineering analysis, design, inspections, reporting, proposal and cost estimation, project progress and budget tracking, design and construction problem resolution, quality and risk management, technical training, and leadership of marketing, sales, and business development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a Virginia Professional Engineer license, and 8–11 years of experience; a master’s degree is preferred but not required.
