Description

This role involves senior engineers contributing to the adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows within the INFOPS Application Development team. They will leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows daily, focusing on platform operations, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Key requirements include extensive experience in Kubernetes, proficiency in various database and infrastructure-as-code tools, strong Linux skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production workloads.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes-based platforms across development, test, and production environments.
Experience administering or enabling at least one enterprise platform or shared service such as:
Demonstrated experience with service mesh architectures, traffic management, or load balancing in Kubernetes environments.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh, APIs, and GitOps-based approaches.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration-as-code, and automation practices (e.g., Helm, Ansible, Terraform, YAML-based pipelines).
Strong Linux skills with demonstrated knowledge of operating system concepts and administration.
Experience with monitoring and observability solutions; experience with Prometheus and Grafana is a strong plus.
Comfort scripting or coding in languages such as Shell, Python, or Node.js.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
A self-starter mindset with strong ownership, organization, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications: strongly preferred
