Description
Infineon is hiring an ATE Test Engineer for its Research & Development team to lead and support IoT NPI products through silicon bring-up and production. The role involves developing test plans, designing and debugging ATE hardware and software, troubleshooting new silicon, delivering cost-effective test solutions for mass production, coordinating with internal and external test houses, and developing characterization and production test programs for Bluetooth, BLE, and Wi-Fi products. The position requires a degree in electronics or electrical engineering, semiconductor testing knowledge, programming skills, and familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.
