Description
Micron Technology is hiring a CAD Engineer to support production work on CMOS integrated-circuit layout, verification, and design. The role evaluates and improves electronic design automation tools and flows, develops AI-assisted and automated layout methodologies, leads layout-flow implementation, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need at least five years of experience in layout automation, physical verification, or related domains, along with experience in memory-layout flows, EDA tools, programming, Linux, and CMOS design rules; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, electrical, or computer engineering is required.
