Description
Infineon is hiring a hybrid Technical Data Analyst to connect its physical Component Verification Lab, operational data, and software engineering team. The role analyzes lab capacity and bottlenecks, maps hardware testing workflows, builds BI dashboards, automates data collection, and identifies opportunities for AI agents to schedule test benches and manage inventory. The analyst will also interface with global and local CV labs and IT R&D to develop, test, maintain, and improve lab software, while preparing performance reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or data field, at least three years of experience, strong Tableau and workflow-mapping skills, and familiarity with hardware or semiconductor lab environments; Python and AI/automation frameworks are advantageous.
