Description
The Controls Development Engineer will design and develop electrical systems for HVAC machines, including screw chillers and thermal products. The role covers electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, control-panel design, power distribution, safety interlocks, PLC and HMI programming, BMS integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with mechanical, software, QA, sourcing, and service teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or equivalent, 4–6 years of relevant industry experience, HVAC and screw-chiller expertise, industrial electrical and VFD knowledge, and exposure to PLC and HMI programming.
