Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Semiconductor Characterization / Param Engineer for its DEMQRA Central Param team. The role supports global high-volume-manufacturing fabs by managing parameter business processes and developing and deploying electrical device characterization programs for NAND, DRAM, CMOS devices, and interconnects. It also supports new-product introduction through test-methodology and parameter-program transfer, and collaborates with technology development, quality, process integration, process development, and global quality teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience or a master's degree with at least three years of experience in semiconductor device characterization or engineering, along with expertise in semiconductor instrumentation, device physics, memory systems, Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux.
