Description
The Ground Rule Validation Engineer will support GlobalFoundries’ RF Design Enablement team by identifying semiconductor design-rule requirements, creating layout designs of experiment and test structures, analyzing silicon data, communicating results, and recommending process or design-rule modifications. The role also validates transfer technologies across fabrication lines and requires a BSEE in a relevant engineering discipline, semiconductor process knowledge, data-analysis skills, and familiarity with EDA tools.
