Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Electrical Characterization Engineer to lead electrical characterization of advanced memory devices and develop measurement methods, algorithms, and scalable characterization standards. The role involves automating data pipelines and analysis with Python, JSL, C/C++, and dashboard tools; architecting test setups and managing wafer probe and ATE test flows; and investigating device behavior and root causes. Candidates need an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field, semiconductor physics and processing knowledge, semiconductor test equipment experience, and experience scaling characterization methods into production environments.
