Axle Health is hiring a Senior Engineer, DevOps & Infrastructure to own and evolve its AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, security controls, observability, secrets management, network security, disaster recovery, and HIPAA compliance. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability engineering, with expertise in AWS, Terraform, container security, and healthcare compliance.
