Molex is hiring a Senior Engineer, Digital Operation in Xindian District, New Taipei, to act as a digital business partner driving global digital transformation. The role partners with site leaders, develops technology solutions, leads business process analysis and re-engineering, creates project artifacts, evaluates emerging technologies, uses data-driven insights, and promotes innovation through design thinking, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above, at least five years of business analyst experience including three years focused on global digital transformation projects, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with data analysis tools, experience with requirements gathering and global system rollouts, and excellent English proficiency.
