Micron is hiring a Process Engineer for its MMJ DRAM Technology Group at Fab15 in Hiroshima, Japan. The role drives next-generation DRAM technology development across module engineering, materials development, and device engineering; develops process flows and process integration schemes; supports technology transfer to manufacturing sites; and collaborates with cross-functional teams across Hiroshima, Taiwan, and Boise. Responsibilities include process optimization, tool selection, characterization, data analysis, KPI management, issue resolution, project milestone planning, and technical leadership.
