Allison Transmission is hiring a Senior, Product Engineer eMobility in Indianapolis, Indiana, to develop reliable hybrid and electric powertrain systems for legacy H40/50, eGen Flex, and eGen Power initiatives. The role combines mechanical hardware design, CAD and FEA analysis, manufacturing support, product validation, supplier coordination, and troubleshooting of production issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of product design and development experience in automotive or heavy-duty transmissions, axles, driveline, or powertrain components; a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
