Description
The role leads and develops junior engineers and technicians, designs energy and power metering frameworks, commissions EMS and AMR systems, supports field operations, troubleshoots complex technical problems, and manages project scope, budget, and timelines. It requires a matric certificate and engineering degree or diploma, with substantial experience in electrical power utility and related industries, team leadership, and project management. Preferred qualifications include postgraduate qualifications, professional engineering status, AMR/AMI knowledge, power quality expertise, Schneider Electric PME experience, and certified energy management credentials.
