WSP India is hiring a Senior Engineer – Electrical for Canada mining infrastructure projects, with the position based in Noida. The role covers conceptual, basic, and detailed electrical design, equipment sizing, cable and voltage-drop calculations, short-circuit and grounding analysis, substation and switchyard design, technical specifications, vendor drawing and document review, cost estimation, and quality assurance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in an EPCM consulting environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, knowledge of IEEE, IEC, and Canadian standards, and proficiency in electrical engineering software such as ETAP and Navisworks. The role requires collaboration with a North American team, including up to four hours of overlap with North American time zones.
