Description
The Electrical Test Design Engineer will design, develop, validate, and support automated electrical test equipment and software-controlled test systems for safety-critical aerospace products. The role owns projects from requirements through deployment and lifecycle support, troubleshoots equipment and processes, produces engineering documentation, collaborates with manufacturing and other Eaton teams, and mentors less experienced engineers. It requires an engineering or science degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience, plus at least seven years in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, electrical test, automated test equipment, product development, or a closely related technical environment.
