Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Process Engineer for its Penang, Malaysia office to support semiconductor fab operations. The role monitors production processes, SPC/FDC, tool uptime, process windows, and continuous improvement projects; develops process recipes; improves process performance using big data, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving; coordinates with cross-functional teams, fabs, and suppliers; supports production ramping, tool releases, and qualification; and coaches Associate Engineers. The position requires a relevant MS/BS and at least three years of experience, along with expertise in SPC, risk assessment, DOE, 8D, big data analysis, and AI/ML.
