The Database Operations Analyst provides Level 2 support for database incidents, requests, changes, and problems, including 24/7 operational support, major incident participation, SLA and critical-metric management, system installation and patching, error diagnosis, access and backup administration, performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role also involves using AI and agentic solutions to automate workflows and improve IT operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field, hands-on experience with database and systems technologies, communication skills, and flexibility for day and night shifts; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
