Micron Technology is hiring an L2 Server and Database Operations Engineer to provide 24/7 Level 2 support for server and database operations across Windows and Unix environments. The role covers incident, request, change, and problem management; major incidents; SLA and KPI monitoring; firmware, patching, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and process development. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, infrastructure experience with Microsoft Windows, RHEL, SQL, Oracle, and virtualization technologies, and flexibility for day and night shifts.
