Description
Kymanox Europe is hiring a Senior Engineer/Engineer to provide technical leadership for client-facing combination-product and medical-device development projects. The role covers project strategy, quality engineering, regulatory and compliance documentation, testing, risk management, CMO evaluation, and client relationship management, with mentorship of junior staff and potential future management of 1–5 direct reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related field and at least 8 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or combination-products industry, including direct experience with drug-delivery platforms. The position is based in Munich or Bern, offers a hybrid model, and includes up to 10% travel.
