The role covers packaging specification creation, design and testing of packaging solutions, 3D modeling, supplier coordination, transport optimization, cost reduction, Lean process improvement, training, and introduction of packaging solutions to serial production. Candidates need technical education, at least one year of packaging development or optimization experience, English communication skills, CAD software experience, ERP knowledge, technical documentation skills, and teamwork.
