T-Mobile is hiring a Senior Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, deploy, and support production-grade AI applications, autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and intelligent workflow solutions across its enterprise environment. The role spans architecture, prototyping, software development, integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Databricks, CI/CD, observability, testing, troubleshooting, governance, security, compliance, and operational support. Candidates need 4–7 years of relevant software, AI/ML, platform, or enterprise application engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
