Flex is hiring a Senior Engineer– Equipment in Sriperumbudur to lead SMT and backend manufacturing equipment maintenance, optimize line throughput and utilization, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong SMT equipment knowledge, machine programming and troubleshooting skills, Lean and Six Sigma experience, and at least six years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include equipment roadmapping, installation projects, productivity and automation initiatives, performance reporting, and coordination with customers, engineering teams, and equipment suppliers.
