WD is hiring a Senior Equipment Engineer specializing in sputter media to oversee the operation, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of sputtering equipment used in hard disk media production. The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment installation, root-cause analysis, process optimization, project planning, safety compliance, reporting, SOP development, and mentorship. Candidates should have a mechanical, electrical, electronic, materials, or related engineering degree and at least 3–5 years of equipment engineering experience, preferably in sputter media or semiconductor manufacturing.
