BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Engineer for External Communications Integration in Barrow-in-Furness, on-site. The role supports the development, build, test, commissioning, and handover of submarine external communications systems, including test and trial events, subcontractor coordination, defect investigation, and definition of system architectures and interfaces. Candidates need field or construction engineering experience in a test and commissioning environment, specialist communications systems knowledge, fault-finding/problem-solving ability, and electrical or electronic engineering experience.
