Description
The Failure Analysis Engineer will conduct and supervise failure analysis for production and new product introduction samples, characterize defects, coordinate second-level analysis, report findings, and collaborate with yield, defect, process, quality, and analytical teams to improve product quality. The role also manages and mentors technicians, maintains defect libraries, and performs simulations and experiments to understand defect formation mechanisms. A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field and at least two years of experience are required.
