Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer to own process-loop performance across semiconductor manufacturing modules such as CAP, BBE, Uniformity, or emerging technologies. The role focuses on process interactions, yield and quality improvement, failure analysis, technology ramp execution, NPI qualification, monitoring systems, and the use of AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and automation to improve engineering productivity and process understanding. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of experience in semiconductor process integration, process engineering, technology development, yield improvement, defect reduction, failure analysis, process optimization, data analysis, or cross-functional engineering collaboration.
