ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer, Field Process for its ALD/EPI/PEALD/CVD business function in Taichung. The role provides process support and troubleshooting at customer sites, develops and improves deposition processes, manages new product penetration and installation, plans resources, and supports continuous improvement of customer experience. Candidates should have a relevant Master's or PhD, 3–5 years of process-engineering experience, and expertise in semiconductor thin-film deposition, vacuum techniques, film characterization, metrology, and ALD or related processes.
