Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Field Process Engineer to serve as an on-site epitaxy process expert at a customer location in Richardson, Texas. The role leads process development, optimization, troubleshooting, technology transfers, new product introductions, installations, and qualification activities; manages technical escalations; and acts as the primary liaison between the customer and ASM’s global product and R&D organizations. Candidates need an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of semiconductor process engineering experience, expertise in epitaxial deposition and vacuum systems, DOE and statistical analysis experience, and strong customer-facing and project management skills. The position requires up to 25% travel and occasional extended hours or weekend support.
