Primer is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction of its self-serve merchant onboarding and platform experience. The role is remote-first and globally distributed, with roughly 80% frontend and 20% backend work, and includes ownership of the codebase, design-to-production collaboration, mentoring, frontend standards, and Python backend contributions. Candidates need strong production frontend experience, comfort leading technical decisions, some backend experience, and experience mentoring engineers; payment-product and growth-product experience are preferred.
