Description

TRCA is hiring a Senior Engineer, Geoenvironmental Services to lead geotechnical review of erosion and slope-stability hazards for land-development applications. The role supports planners, reviews slope stabilization and mitigation projects, participates in hearings and enforcement activities, prepares technical guidance, and leads a team of engineers and technical specialists. It is a permanent, full-time position at the Head Office in Shoreham, Ontario, with 35 hours per week and 20% travel. Candidates need a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license with Professional Engineers Ontario, a valid Ontario Class G2 driver's license, at least five years of geotechnical engineering experience, and at least two years of managerial, supervisory, or project-management experience.
