Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Global Product Support Engineer to provide escalation-level technical support for complex electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role troubleshoots and repairs systems, performs root-cause analysis, supports customer installations and training, coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance, and collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and service teams. It requires at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing or capital equipment support experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and experience with deposition or dry-etching systems; work locations are Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung, with up to 50% international travel.
