Micron Technology is hiring a Layout Design Engineer for its HBM Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role focuses on analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full-chip layout design and integration for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing applications, including LVS/DRC/antenna verification, quality checks, project planning, scheduling, and coordination with global engineering teams. Candidates need at least five years of analog/custom layout experience in advanced CMOS processes, a BE or MTech in electronic or VLSI engineering or a related field, and expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS.
