Description
The Structural Engineer is responsible for planning and conducting structural design work, evaluating engineering techniques, preparing drawings and models, reviewing construction activities, and managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and financial performance. The role also coaches and mentors junior staff, supports business development, and coordinates with project teams and clients. It requires a civil, structural, or structural engineering degree or eight years of related experience, at least six years of structural engineering experience, a California Professional Engineer license with a Structural Engineer license in progress, and familiarity with software such as Enercalc, Bluebeam, Risa 3D, Google Suite, and Deltek VP. The salary range is $116,791 to $150,159.
