Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Senior Engineer I – design to develop RTL, perform functional verification, and contribute to mixed-signal and digital products. The role involves Verilog/SystemVerilog design, UVM-based verification, constrained-random and directed testing, AI/ML-assisted verification, Python and TCL automation, and collaboration with architecture, analog, physical design, and software teams. A BSEE with a microelectronics emphasis and five years of experience are required; a master’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
