ASM is hiring a Senior Field Process Engineer to lead advanced thin-film deposition process development and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing customers. The role includes managing complex customer projects, escalations, quality investigations, process and hardware development, device integration, troubleshooting, customer roadmaps, technical presentations, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline, substantial thin-film deposition or semiconductor process experience, strong Japanese and English communication skills, leadership experience, and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
