Description
ASM is hiring a Field Process Engineer to work directly with customers on thin-film deposition processes for semiconductor technology. The role involves process research, tool installation, repair, operation, calibration, recipe development, data analysis, customer collaboration, and technical documentation. Candidates need a Ph.D. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics, or a Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, along with semiconductor process knowledge, cleanroom safety, Korean and English communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
