ASM is hiring a Global Product Support Engineer for its ALD team in Phoenix to support the development and customer adoption of next-generation atomic layer deposition tools. The role partners with hardware, electrical, controls, process, and software engineering teams; owns first builds and testing; develops service and maintenance procedures; leads Alpha and Beta first-in-fab deployments; resolves customer issues; and defines spare-parts strategies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or at least five years of hands-on semiconductor-equipment experience, strong system-level technical ability, and willingness to travel 25–50%.
